The terms of the 2018 Apartment Building Agreement have been ratified by the residential membership of Local 32BJ.  If you desire to be bound to this agreement, please implement wage increases retroactive to April 21, 2018.  The RAB has sent out Assents for buildings who wish to be bound by the agreement.  If you have not received an Assent, please contact the RAB office.  The terms of the new agreement are contained in Residential Bulletin #285 (see below).

Please note the RAB office will be closed on Thursday, November 22nd & Friday, November 23rd, 2018, in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.  The office will resume normal business hours on Monday, November 26, 2018.
