The terms of the 2019 Engineer Agreement has been ratified by both the RAB Board of Directors and the Union membership of Local 94-94A-94B.  The terms of the new agreement are contained in Commercial Bulletin #403 and Commercial Bulletin #403(a) (see below).

Please note the RAB office will be closed on Monday, February 18, 2019 in observance of President's Day.  The office will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, February 19, 2019.

The Realty Advisory Board on Labor Relations, Inc. (RAB) today announced that it has reached a tentative labor agreement with SEIU Local 32BJ, the union representing residential building service workers in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, and Staten Island.
