LATEST NEWS: 04/20/10 Realty Advisory Board announces that it has reached an agreement with Local 32BJ, SEIU, for a renewal of the contract that expired on April 20, 2010. It calls for a 4 year agreement with average increases of wages and benefits of 2.99% over the 4 years. The agreement has been ratified by the Board of Directors of the Realty Advisory Board and the membership of the Union. Details can be found on our residential Bulletin #262.
